The quote tool

The quoting tool requests gender, birth date, self-assessed wellness status, nicotine use, requested coverage and duration. We submit these to the carriers' quoting interface to calculate rates; we retain no records. You need not provide name, location, phone or email to receive rate information. Matching requests may be returned from cache to limit repeated calls to the rate service.

Applying

Choosing to proceed with an application passes your provided information to the carriers' application environment to pre-populate the form, and you'll operate under that platform's individual policies. Susman Insurance Agency, a state-licensed California insurance agent (License 0B75129), manages the application workflow.

The contact form

Contact messages ask for your name, address, optional phone contact, preferred communication method, subject classification and message body. Electronic transmission delivers your message to the agency's email with your email configured as the reply-to address. We keep no database of inquiries, never archive message content, and don't retain submissions. Your communication passes a brief abuse-prevention verification executed within your web browser before dispatch.

Measurement

This site measures page activity using first-party, cookie-free analytics delivered through this domain. No cookies, tracking pixels or stored IDs. Your IP address is partially masked (last two bytes removed) before saving; visitor referral information is stripped of querystrings; comprehensive visit records are deleted every 90 days. If your browser transmits Do Not Track signals, we skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

This organization doesn't participate in data selling, information trading or third-party tracking systems. Our measurement avoids external analytics. The application interface is the only external technology running on this domain, and it loads exclusively on the application page.
